What happens when the 150 minutes run out?
The AI secretary stops answering, and calls forward to you as normal for the rest of the month, and you get a text letting you know. Minutes reset at the start of each month.
Is there a commitment period?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be canceled from your dashboard settings at any time. The service continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Creating an account and testing your own receptionist with a trial call is free; you only pay when you start using the service. You can also call the demo number and hear Tuttu right away.
Are there any extra charges?
No fixed usage-based extra charges. The monthly price covers everything: answering calls, notifications to you, and the dashboard. If you use up the 150 monthly call minutes, calls forward to you for the rest of the month. You can also buy extra minutes from your dashboard (100 min for €29, 200 min for €45, 500 min for €99), with optional auto-topup, so Tuttu keeps answering. VAT is added to the price.
