Do I need a new phone plan or hardware?
No. You keep your current number and plan. You simply forward calls to your Tuttu number with a dial code on your phone (**21*number#), and the forwarding can be removed at any time with ##21#.
What does my customer hear when Tuttu answers?
The call starts with a short identification tone, after which Tuttu introduces itself as your business's assistant — the caller always knows it's not a human on the line. After that, Tuttu serves normally: answers questions, takes a message, or records a callback request.
How does Tuttu know what to answer?
You tell it. You fill in your business details in the dashboard — services, prices, opening hours, and frequently asked questions — and Tuttu answers based on those alone.
What if Tuttu can't answer something?
It says so directly instead of making something up. Tuttu takes a message, and you get it instantly as a text so you can handle it yourself.
Can I see what was said on the calls?
Yes. Every call and message leaves a transcript in your dashboard, and you get a text for every message and callback request.
Does Tuttu serve in other languages?
Yes. In addition to Finnish, Tuttu serves in English, among others. You choose which languages your receptionist serves in.
Can Tuttu book appointments in my calendar?
Not yet — calendar bookings are in development. For now, Tuttu records a booking wish as a message or a callback request, and you confirm the time with the customer.
What does the service cost?
€59 per month (VAT 0%). The price includes 150 call minutes per month, and you keep your current number. No setup fee and no commitment period.
What happens when the monthly minutes run out?
The AI receptionist stops answering, and calls forward to you as normal. You can buy extra minutes separately. Minutes reset at the start of each month.
How quickly can I get started?
In about 15 minutes. Create an account, fill in your details, test with a trial call, and subscribe — you get your number instantly, and forwarding calls is one dial code.
How is caller data handled?
Calls are handled confidentially and stored as transcripts in your dashboard. Callers are always told that an assistant is answering.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard settings, at any time. The service and your number stay active until the end of the paid period.
