How Tuttu works
Tuttu is your business's receptionist: it answers the phone with your information, in your business's name — and tells you right away who called and what it was about.

Create an account
All you need is an email address and your business name. Creating an account is free and requires no payment card.

Tell Tuttu about your business
Give your website address and Tuttu pulls the details straight from it — services, prices, opening hours, and address — so you don't have to type it all by hand. You can review and add to it yourself: the more Tuttu knows, the better it serves. Tuttu only answers with this information.

Verify your number and make a test call
Verify your own phone number with a text message code and call the trial line. You'll hear your own receptionist in action and can refine the details before paying anything.

Subscribe
The subscription costs €59 per month, billed by card. Right after subscribing you get the Tuttu number to forward your calls to.

Forward your calls to Tuttu
You keep your current number and phone plan. You simply forward calls to the Tuttu number with a dial code on your phone — and can remove the forwarding at any time.
Call forwarding
Pick the option that suits you, dial the code on your phone, and press call — forwarding takes effect immediately. You can also mix and match: forward to Tuttu every call you don't answer, can't be reached on, or that comes in while your line is busy — just dial each option's code in turn.
Immediate forwarding
Calls go straight to Tuttu.

Calls forward if you don't answer within 30 seconds.

Calls forward immediately when your phone can't be reached (e.g. switched off or no signal).

Calls forward when your phone is busy.
**67*Tuttu-number#Remove forwarding by dialing ##21#, ##61#, ##62#, or ##67# — or all at once with ##002#.
The codes work on all Finnish operators. Your own number stays the same — your customers keep calling the same number as before.

On Moi, call forwarding works with the same codes as on the other operators.
Only calls go to Tuttu. Text messages and WhatsApp messages come straight to you. Calls between you and your customer stay private — the service can't hear the content of calls it connects directly.
What happens during a call

A short identification tone tells the caller that an assistant is answering.

Tuttu introduces itself on behalf of your business and asks how it can help.
- 03
Tuttu answers questions based on your knowledge base: opening hours, prices, services, directions.

If the matter needs you, Tuttu takes a message or records a callback request. The caller confirms it by pressing 1 before anything is recorded.
- 05
You get a text message right away: who called, what it was about, and which number to call back.
If the caller's number isn't passed through on a forwarded call, Tuttu asks the caller to enter a contact number on the keypad.
If Tuttu doesn't know, it doesn't make things up
Tuttu only answers with the information you provide. When the answer isn't in the knowledge base, Tuttu says so directly and takes a message so you can handle it yourself. Every conversation leaves a transcript in your dashboard.
