Why the phone is still the most important booking channel
Online booking works for many people, but a large share of customers want to ask something before committing: does the time work, how long will the visit take, what does it cost. Those customers call. If the call goes to voicemail, few leave a message — most simply call a competitor. For salons, repair shops, clinics, and other service businesses, an unanswered call is in practice a lost booking.
How Tuttu books an appointment during the call
When you enable booking, Tuttu handles the whole booking during the call:
- The caller says what service they need and when would suit them.
- Tuttu checks your free slots against the bookable hours and service durations you have defined.
- Tuttu suggests suitable times, confirms the choice with the caller, and records the booking.
- The booking appears immediately in the dashboard calendar, and you get a notification.
You decide which services can be booked, how long each appointment is, and at what times bookings are accepted.
Google Calendar sync
You can use Tuttu's own booking calendar or connect your Google account. With Google Calendar connected, Tuttu checks availability against your calendar and writes new bookings there automatically. You connect from the dashboard in a few clicks, and Tuttu only sees the dedicated booking calendar it creates — not your other calendars.
What phone booking costs
Booking is included in Business Tuttu at no extra charge. The price is €59/month (VAT 0%), including 150 call minutes per month. You don't need a separate booking system, and setup requires no new hardware: you keep your current number and forward calls to Tuttu with a dial code.
