Which number should I forward calls to?

Any number you like: a colleague, another number of your own, or an AI receptionist. Replace the word number in the code with the destination number.

Can the caller tell the call was forwarded?

Not specifically. The caller dials your number as normal, and the call connects to the forwarding destination.

Can I forward only some calls?

Yes. Use **61*, **62*, or **67* to forward only unanswered, unreachable, or busy-line calls. All calls forward with **21*.

How to turn call forwarding on

Dial the code you want on your phone, replace number with the destination number, and press call. Forwarding takes effect immediately.

You can combine options: forward, for example, every call you don't answer, can't be reached on, or that comes in while your line is busy — just dial each option's code separately.

Good to know

The codes work the same on every Finnish operator (Telia, Elisa, DNA, Moi, and others).
Your own number stays the same — callers keep calling the same number as before.
Only calls are forwarded. Text messages and WhatsApp messages still come straight to you.
Your operator may charge for a forwarded call at the normal call rate.
